We only collect the data needed to run Aerovise at https://app.aerovise.co.uk. We do not sell your data, and we do not track you across the wider internet. For questions, email legal@aerovise.co.uk.

We haven't currently got a dedicated data controller, but you can contact our team at legal@aerovise.co.uk.

2) What information we collect

• Account details: Full name, email, and encrypted password.
• Learning progress: Quiz scores and lesson progress.
• Technical data: Logs like IP address, browser type, and usage times for security.

3) Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and essential functions only. They are required to keep you logged in and for the platform to work properly. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

4) Lawful basis

We process data to provide the service (contract) and to maintain security (legitimate interests). We will seek consent if we ever use your data for anything else.

6) Where your data is stored

Data is stored securely in the UK or EU/EEA using reputable cloud partners.

7) How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion at any time via legal@aerovise.co.uk.

8) Your rights

You have full rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. This includes access, correction, deletion, and other rights. You may also complain to the UK ICO or your local Data Protection Authority in the EU.

9) Children’s privacy

You must be old enough to use online services in your own country (the “age of digital consent”). For example, this is 13 in the UK. If you are under this age, please do not use this site.
